Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services
  • Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes, real estate portfolio/programme management experience desirable
  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
  • Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Degree/Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable
