Job Summary

The Deputy Kitchen Manager is a key role within our hotel, responsible for delivering an efficient, effective, and profitable kitchen service that meets all Health & Food Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen function at the hotel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and motivate a team of Line Chefs to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements
