Job Role: Line Chef
We are seeking a skilled Line Chef to join our team at Holiday Inn Haydock. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our quality and presentation expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items to specified recipes and standards.
- Manage food wastage through accurate product measurement.
- Facilitate special requests from guests.
- Ensure compliance with kitchen SOPs at all times.
- Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. You should have demonstrable cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook. Familiarity with industry best practices and basic food safety is essential.
