This Site Recycling/Production Manager position with DMA Recruitment offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing recycling teams and areas, managing data capture, and implementing continuous improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plant and machinery, a proven track record of increasing production outputs, strong people management skills, and excellent commercial acumen.

We are seeking a results-driven professional who can make a tangible impact and ensure the company meets its key performance indicators (KPIs).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing specific recycling teams and areas
  • Data capture and KPI production to identify key performance areas
  • Producing and managing continuous improvement plans to improve production, quality output, and safety performance
  • Identifying and implementing best practices to optimize production, recycling, and meet KPIs
  • Overseeing waste feedstock streams and ensuring they match the category (EWC) they have been identified as
  • Being the responsible Manager for all Health and Safety processes and Legal Compliances
  • Ensuring recycled output from production lines meets agreed criteria and best cost dynamic

We offer a competitive salary range of £45k-£55k plus bonus, depending on experience.
