Supporting Complex Needs Educator

This SEN teaching position offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs. As a specialist educator, you will deliver tailored education, collaborate with colleagues, and utilise evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic progress.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality education to students with SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD, using effective behaviour management strategies.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans, collaborating with educators to ensure student success.
- Hold QTS status or equivalent qualification, with at least two years' experience teaching core subjects, including English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes from KS1-KS5.
- Temporary contract type, term time only, during school hours.
- Competitive rate of pay: £25-£35 per hour, 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.
