About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Hand Therapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with hand therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care to patients with hand therapy needs.
  • Work closely with our orthopaedic hand surgeons to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in hand therapy with experience of leading a service desirable.
  • Excellent hand therapy and splinting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
