Human Resources Development Professional

Alfred H Knight is a family-owned business with a global network of offices and laboratories, providing inspection, analysis, and consultancy services to the metals, minerals, solid fuels, and agriculture industries. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop people management skills within an organisation and build a long-term career in Human Resources.
About the RoleThis 18-month development programme will involve rotations across various HR teams, enabling you to gain experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, operations, and supporting HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on traditional Human Resource case work and contribute to the department's growth and decision-making processes.
Requirements- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant or transferable subject;
- Previous experience working with Human Resources is desirable but not essential;
- Fluency in English is essential, with other languages including French and Portuguese being advantageous;
