About the Role
Alfred H Knight is seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources Graduate Programme. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their people management skills and build a long-term career in HR.
The role will involve completing rotations across our HR team, gaining experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, operations, and supporting HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on more traditional Human Resource case work.

Alfred H Knight is a totally independent, family-owned business spanning five generations. We provide independent inspection, analysis, and consultancy services to the metals and minerals, solid fuels, and agriculture industries.

Requirements
