About the Role:

The Cultural Engagement Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our cultural engagement programme, which includes evening events and activities for families and adult audiences. This role involves working closely with the Learning and Community Engagement team to develop and implement programme strategies that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of evening events and activities that meet the needs of our diverse audience.">
  • Assist with programme planning, marketing, and evaluation to ensure programme success.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote our events and services.">
  • Contribute to the development of programme strategies that meet the needs of our diverse audience.">

Requirements:

This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
