About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dependency and Recovery Assistant in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Dependency and Recovery Coordinators in delivering psychosocial interventions, harm minimisation strategies, and consequential thinking approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of group sessions, including the development of training materials and participant engagement strategies.
  • Support the provision of one-to-one support to service users, promoting their growth and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of positive coping strategies, harm minimisation approaches, and consequential thinking techniques.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of substance misuse issues and their impact on individuals and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
