Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Residential Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- CQSW, SW Degree, or NVQ4 Residential Diploma 5
- Commitment to achieving the Registered Manager's award
- Registration with HCPC (where applicable)

- Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practices
- Ability to implement efficient procedures
