Insurance Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Northampton. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a designated client portfolio and act as their first point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Proactively identify and resolve client queries and issues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is essential
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
