Job Description

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during the night shift. This includes managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets, preparing and distributing relevant reports, and providing supervision and support to the front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures
  • Managing daily revenue postings and reconciliations
  • Preparing and distributing reports to internal departments
  • Confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests
  • Collating paperwork for departures and coordinating with the front office team
  • Providing supervision and support to the front office team and other departments
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring effective handover of issues between night audit and reception

Requirements:

  • Guest-focused personality and experience an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
