A leading building surveying consultancy, Brandon James, seeks an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to spearhead the growth of their Manchester office.

The ideal candidate will be a business development-driven individual with a proven track record of delivering residential projects independently and successfully. MRICS / AssocRICS is preferred but not essential for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for long-term career development, with clear progression to Associate & Director levels. The successful candidate will lead a variety of residential-focused projects, providing key services including building surveys, party wall, reinstatement cost assessments, and building pathology.

What We Offer
  • £52,500 - £62,000 per annum, performance-related bonus, car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, RICS fees paid for, pension contribution, expenses covered, and hybrid working arrangement.
