About The Role

We are seeking a Consultant for Employer Partnerships to join our team at The Growth Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with employers to promote our services and drive business growth.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to engage with employers and promote our services
  • Conducting direct marketing and sales activity to generate leads and create opportunities for employer engagement
  • Attending employer events, networking events, and stakeholder meetings to build relationships and promote our services
  • Ensuring all management information is up-to-date and relevant systems are updated daily

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with employers
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Flexibility to work occasional unsociable hours and travel as required
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales or recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of welfare-to-work programs and the customer base
  • Well-developed IT skills, including computerized management information systems and email
Requirements

To apply for this role, you must have:

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience
  • Networking and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Recent experience working to challenging targets in a sales environment
  • KPI-driven mindset and ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of recruitment and training services
  • Excellent knowledge of the local labour market, methods of recruitment, and growth industries
  • Good knowledge of welfare-to-work programs and the customer base
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
