Job Title: Senior Business Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our bank clients, managing day-to-day interactions while developing new relationships and contacts to expand the network across the organisations. You will own project management throughout the life cycle from a client commercial agreement to end-delivery, collaborating both with clients and colleagues to align different stakeholders to a common agenda and timeline.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years' experience in a client-facing or relationship manager role within a bank or consulting firm. A strong understanding of the banking industry and proven ability to work in a demanding environment is essential. Strong project management skills and first-class client focus are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with Acin's bank clients
  • Own project management throughout the life cycle from a client commercial agreement to end-delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to align different stakeholders to a common agenda and timeline
  • Meetings to deliver analysis, insights, and value to key stakeholders
  • Line management of more junior members of the relationship management team
