The Role: Operations ManagerYour responsibilities will include:
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing Dry Cleaners
- STANDARDS ENFORCEMENT: Ensuring/helping Dry Cleaners meet ihateironing standards
- TRAINING AND SUPPORT: Training Dry Cleaners on ihateironing systems and processes
- BUSINESS GROWTH: Supporting our partner dry cleaners to grow their businesses
- AD HOC PROJECTS: Participating in various project initiatives
You'll also enjoy a dynamic work environment with:
3+ days a week for on-site visits and the remaining days split between the office and home.
You'll be an integral part of our organization, working closely with our team to drive growth and success.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams (direct reports, franchisees, or contractors)
- A deep understanding of small growing businesses and the challenges they face
- The ability to regularly visit Dry Cleaners around London and beyond
- Firm but fair decision-making when ensuring quality and performance standards are met
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear expression of ideas
- Strong written communication skills
- No prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry is required
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
