Client Manager / Senior Client Manager Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager to join the agency, with consideration for someone who has recently risen to Senior Client Manager. The ideal candidate will have creative agency experience and be looking to take the next step in their career.

This role is ideal for a confident, proactive self-starter who can take the initiative and hit the ground running across multiple campaigns and clients.

You'll be the key point of contact for various projects, both digital and offline, and will be vital in supporting the team, building, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The ideal candidate will relish opportunities to tackle big challenges and feel comfortable delivering key day-to-day projects that keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounts, delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Take briefs from clients and develop the creative brief for the internal team, briefing creative and presenting to clients
  • Manage client expectations, keep everyone updated on project progress, create estimates, timing plans, and write up contact reports
  • Liaise with external partners
  • Create project communications, prepare status reports
  • Attend client meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and monitor progress and spend

Requirements

  • A highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic person willing to tackle demanding tasks and take responsibility for actions
  • Someone who excels at managing delivery and can monitor progress of projects against targets
  • An excellent oral and written communicator who can build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Someone able to engage, influence, and persuade
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and comfortable working on multiple projects
  • Someone who enjoys an independent team and the camaraderie that brings

Skills & Experience

  • 2.5-3 years minimum agency/marketing, project, or account management experience
  • University degree ideal, although not essential; excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
