Neighbourhood Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neighbourhood Officer to join our team in Pendle district. As a key member of our Neighbourhood Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tenancy management services, providing excellent customer care, and making a positive impact in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage properties in various areas, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and assistance to residents on housing matters, including tenancy agreements, welfare, and safeguarding concerns.
- Be the point of contact for housing management services on a patch, enforcing the Association's conditions of tenancy.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance objectives.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and access to a car, as the role is field-based.
- Experience in housing/lettings or social housing, with a strong understanding of tenancy management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage confidential and personal information sensitively.
- Personal resilience to handle a fast-paced, demanding role with multiple tasks.
