About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and care supervisors to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
