We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with their mobility and transfer needs
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and care supervisors to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care
- Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
- Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
