About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support a client with a spinal injury in their own home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with domestic house duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Participate in moving and handling tasks, including the use of hoists
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
