Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our leadership team in ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated service. As an Accounts and Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities of our teams, ensuring that quality standards and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to facilitate the accurate and timely communication of information concerning patient flow, patient safety, operational issues, staffing levels, and quality assurance information.
  • Promote positive and effective working relationships with commissioners, other healthcare providers, and key partners to support an integrated approach to high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to improve the quality of patient care, flow, and the shared use of resources.
  • Support the development of effective methods of monitoring and quality assuring the performance of the Operations function.
  • Share systems knowledge and understanding within the business to enhance the quality of services delivered.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of quality assurance systems and processes, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
