We are currently seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to join a vibrant school in Newham.
About the RoleAs a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to children with special educational needs, working closely with the educational team to develop tailored strategies for each child.
This role is ideal for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists looking to gain hands-on experience and make a positive impact on student outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to children with special educational needs
- Collaborate with the educational team to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Psychology Graduate degree
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
