About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join our team at a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Trafford. As a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and collaborating with teachers to implement tailored strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Providing one-on-one and small group interventions to SEN learners
  • Fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
  • Working closely with experienced educators to develop valuable skills in teaching and SEN
