Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Earl Street Employment Consultants Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist hire company that offers tailored solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring, and climate control.
The ideal candidate will have a clear speaking voice, good general IT skills, and experience in making proactive calls to promote the company's services and products. They will also be confident in speaking to a variety of decision makers and have a strong customer focus with a high standard of service.
The role involves telephone prospecting and customer engagement to promote the company's services and products. The successful candidate will be office-based and work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
The salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum, plus commission. The company also offers a range of benefits, including 23 days' annual leave, a pension scheme, and healthcare.
