Payroll Specialist Opportunity
This prominent company is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support their Head of Payroll in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing both four-weekly and salaried payrolls with accuracy.
- Managing business processes affecting payroll, including new hires, leavers, and updates.
- Transferring weekly hours from the time and attendance system to payroll, troubleshooting any issues.
- Handling first-line payroll queries via email, phone, and internal platforms, escalating when necessary.
- Supporting pensions and auto-enrolment processes.
- Providing end-to-end payroll process support and ad-hoc assistance for the Payroll Manager/Head of Payroll.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll administration within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask with minimal supervision.
- A customer-focused approach, handling queries professionally via phone and communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and passion for delivering exceptional service. An estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The opportunity to work from home two days a week is also available.
