About the Job

This role plays a key part in supporting the Total Reward function, providing data-driven insights to advance the company's Reward Strategy. Responsibilities include managing cyclical reward activities, maintaining job architecture, and advising on the Total Reward package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing data to provide insights for the Total Reward, HR, and broader business teams
  • Supporting pay review processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Maintaining the job architecture framework
  • Conducting salary survey submissions and benchmarking using industry surveys
  • Assisting with legislative reporting, including gender pay gap and equal pay disclosures
  • Maintaining core employee data for benefits and bonus schemes
  • Supporting Reward projects focused on people agenda improvements
  • Assisting HR and management with general Total Reward queries
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in HR or Reward roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. An adaptable problem-solver with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines is essential.
