- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations and industry best practices, and implement changes as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information, provide feedback, and ensure that our HSE documents reflect the latest safety and environmental practices.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HSE data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth, and translate findings into actionable document updates.
- Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional with a strong background in document development and management, particularly in the UK regulatory context. Your expertise should include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HSE document development and management, with a strong understanding of UK regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and certification in HSE-related disciplines.
