Your Mission

Welcome to your new role as HSE Manager at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review: Regularly review and update our HSE documentation to ensure it remains accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations and industry best practices, and implement changes as necessary to maintain compliance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information, provide feedback, and ensure that our HSE documentation reflects the latest safety and environmental practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HSE data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HSE compliance and performance, presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional with a strong background in document development and management, particularly in the UK regulatory context. Your expertise should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in HSE document development and management, with a strong understanding of UK regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
