About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Refresco Milton Keynes. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our site is maintained in a safe and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with site leaders and departments to promote a culture of safety and well-being, and drive engagement across the HSE programme.
  3. Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel on health and safety matters, including risk assessments, audit and inspection programmes, and incident investigations.
  4. Manage HSE consultation and communication, performance management, objectives, audit schedules, emergency preparedness, non-conformances, PPE requirements, and benchmark system management.
  5. Engage with site stakeholders and report on HSE KPIs, including accident statistics, Environmental Permit Annual Returns, and Environmental KPIs.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HSE professional with a strong background in health and safety management. You should possess up-to-date knowledge of UK HSE legislation and its practical application, a NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety as a minimum, good Microsoft packages experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
