Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Refresco Drinks UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our site is maintained in full compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, and that our workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a health and safety compliance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and laws, including CDM, HSE, and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform health and safety decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
