Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth and strengthening customer relationships at Young's Seafood. You will work closely with customers to create and execute joint business plans, monitoring progress to ensure trading and cross-functional objectives are met.
Your tasks will include managing specific product portfolios and categories within designated accounts, maintaining and updating category forecasts according to established business timetables and processes, and collaborating with Marketing teams to drive Branded growth within accounts where relevant.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication and influencing abilities, and the capacity to leverage relationships internally and externally to achieve results. A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, is offered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage specific product portfolios and categories within designated accounts.
- Maintain and update category forecasts according to established business timetables and processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive Branded growth within accounts where relevant.
- Attend weekly/monthly Commercial Improvement Meetings to present progress against Budget and customer JBP.
- Proven experience in fulfilling similar roles, preferably with a major UK retailer.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage internal and external people cross-functionally.
- Effective Communication & Influencing Skills, able to persuade internally and externally with gravitas to win support.
- Leverages relationships internally and externally to achieve results.
- Ability to prioritize quickly and be flexible enough to adjust workload as needed.
