About Our Role

We're hiring more Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and want you to join us. Our PCSOs are the first point of contact for the community, requiring excellent communication skills. You'll work towards a professional qualification - a Level 4 Diploma in Community Policing Practice. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities.

Key responsibilities include having a full UK manual driving licence, holding a GCSE A*-C (4-9) or Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in English and Maths, and living in the UK for three continuous years immediately prior to application.
