Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
Job Outline:
The aim of this role is to shape and deliver the residential homes and manage the team to achieve the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily operations of the residential homes and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- To lead and manage a team of professionals to provide support to children aged from 8 to 18 years old who have complex behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
- To develop and implement strategies to meet the individual needs of each child, focusing on their unique requirements and goals.
- To work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the residential homes and the delivery of high-quality services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a residential care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance.
