Experis is currently working with one of our long-standing clients, who is undergoing a large transformation and seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to oversee and manage their IT programmes, ensuring that all projects align with their strategic objectives and are delivered with excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget while adhering to rigorous governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple IT programmes, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of all programme activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and review project performance against governance standards, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular programme reviews and audits, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in programme management, focusing on IT programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing project governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in programme management tools and software.
