Clinical Data Coordinator and Analyst

Job Overview

The main purpose of this role is to provide data collection, analysis, and reporting support to the Department on behalf of the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Data will be extracted from Electronic Patient Records and clinical notes to identify patients and extract relevant information. The post holder will validate data quality and accuracy.

The post holder will work closely with the Data and Information Office team to achieve a comprehensive data and information service for NHS partners and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify patients for local and national audits using Electronic Patient Records and various screening methods.
  • Extract, validate, and enter data into the system against predetermined deadlines.
  • Produce data, information, and analysis using MS Office software and other available tools.
  • Disseminate information and results in various forums for NOTSSCaN and MTC organisational purposes.

Working with Us

Working within the Data and Information Office, you will collaborate with fellow team members to achieve high standards of data and information co-ordination and service support.
