Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Establish and maintain active customer forums to shape service delivery
  • Liaise and negotiate with external organizations and partners
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding adults and children legislation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Independent Living best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Project Management skills
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
