Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
- Establish and maintain active customer forums to shape service delivery
- Liaise and negotiate with external organizations and partners
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding adults and children legislation
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Independent Living best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Project Management skills
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
