About the Position:

The Industrial Equipment Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of mechanical equipment within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment to maintain its optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the electrical team to resolve technical issues and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to machine improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and quality.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to all onsite assets to reduce downtime and lower costs.
  • Perform large-scale plant repairs to maintain the facility's structural integrity.
  • Analyse faults, repair, and maintain equipment to prevent production disruptions.
  • Work closely with colleagues in a workshop setting to exchange knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Possess City & Guilds or similar vocational qualifications.
  • Bring relevant experience in a production/processing or manufacturing facility.
  • Display excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

This full-time position involves working standard Monday-to-Friday day shifts in a secure work environment.
