Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapy Assistant to join our integrated therapy team on Zetland Ward in Redcar Primary Care Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and nurses to provide rehabilitation services to patients on the ward, promoting independence and supporting safe discharge.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with a range of medical, social, and functional problems.
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of service improvements and participate in clinical governance activities.
  • Provide cover for older persons medicine patients as required.
