About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our service users, supporting them to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that care is tailored to the needs of each individual and based on their lifestyle.
  • Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for those we support.
  • Provide support with day-to-day living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and social interaction.

About Walsingham Support

We are a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we support, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This role is based in Redcar and will involve supporting one individual with high communication needs. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence or automatic driving licence, be able to push a wheelchair, and work flexibly as part of a team.

The shifts will be varied, including long days and waking nights.
