Electrical Contracts Manager

**Job Summary**

Bambridge Lee Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical installations and activities on construction sites. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of electricians.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of electrical contracts
* Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related matters
* Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or contracts management
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and industry standards
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals
* High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant IT tools
