Are you a skilled data analyst with a passion for delivering insights and driving business growth? Do you have experience working in the automotive industry with luxury vehicles? As a Warranty Reclaim Analyst with MSXI Global, you will play a key role in supporting the Warranty teams to identify component failure rates, detailing the root cause from warranty claims data and warranty returned parts. From this data, you will support the OEM to recover costs from suppliers and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in collating, analyzing, and reporting data, with a passion for reporting on metrics and business information from various data sources on time to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver metrics from various data sources and systems using assigned templates.
  2. Present reports and analysis to Senior Management, providing improvement recommendations.
  3. Liaise with engineering and reclaim departments to support the parts return process.
  4. Monitor warranty claims trends by top 50 issues and model, liaising with technical teams to ensure coverage by known topics/fixes.
  5. Collaborate with other departmental teams to improve business practices and processes.
  6. Identify trends within data sets and forecast predictions on reclaim potential and timelines.
  7. Review 8D reports and defect identification.
  8. Negotiate with suppliers on warranty reclaim cost levels.
  9. Analyze warranty claims import duty and cost calculations.
  10. Provide information on KPIs to improve fix implementation.
  11. Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly campaign completion reports.
  12. Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret data and produce reports.
  13. IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel and Access.
  14. Effective time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
  15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  16. Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive personality.
  17. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand.

Working Pattern and Location:

  • 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
  • Bognor Regis, possible move to Goodwood
