Job Title: Data Analyst - Warranty and Reclaim Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at MSX International Inc. as a Warranty and Reclaim Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing warranty claims data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain reports to track warranty claims and reclaim data
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Liaise with engineering and reclaim departments to ensure accurate data
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve business practices and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive personality
