Job Title: People Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Development Manager to join our team in Suffolk. This role focuses on developing and implementing people-focused strategies to drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading onboarding processes, including HR inductions in conjunction with Health & Safety
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including apprenticeship campaigns
  • Providing support for performance management initiatives and mental health and wellbeing strategies

This role requires a talented and experienced individual with a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload. The salary for this role is approximately £28,700-£30,200 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, life assurance, and more.
