About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Mental Health Nurse to utilize their skills and experience in a hybrid role. You will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
As a Disability Assessor, you will work closely with customers to develop Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports, which will help the Department for Work and Pensions determine their eligibility for benefits. Your compassion, clinical knowledge, and assessment skills will play a crucial role in this process.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, reflecting the UK location and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC registration number.
- At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience gained within or outside the NHS.
- Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.
