Environmental Sustainability Specialist

At Norfolk Wildlife Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Principal Ecologist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is based in Norwich and offers a competitive salary of £42,588 - £47,793 per annum.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with a degree in ecology or its equivalent and membership of CIEEM. The ideal candidate will hold relevant protected species licenses (levels 1 and 2 for bats) and be eligible as the Named Ecologist on mitigation licenses within the past three years.
This role involves providing high-quality ecological expertise to ensure client projects move forward while protecting nature and wildlife. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our organization.
