Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EA to 3/4 Regional Vice Presidents to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Regional VPs, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions as needed.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including other business units and external partners, to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in executive assistance or a related field, preferably in a global FMCG organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to learn new tools and systems quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
