We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious hospitality venue in Burnley. As a key member of the restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staff management and training to ensure a well-organized and efficient team.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant service, including waiting on during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain company standards and ensure a warm and friendly welcome for customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resulting in high guest satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy, premium restaurant environment would be beneficial.
  • Hard-working and flexible individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Supervisor experience is desirable, but not essential.
