Job Title: Lifeguard (Bank)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Merton Abbey Club. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
  • Monitor the swimming pool area and respond to any incidents or emergencies
  • Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and tidy pool area
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills

Requirements:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
