About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Merton Abbey Club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
  • Ensure the pool area is safe and secure at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized pool area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant health and safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements
